Purchase/Return Policy
Prepaid Cards: Gift cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. They are valid only at the retailer/service provider listed on the card. Prepaid cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Card expires after one year of purchase date.
Make-up Products: All products must be returned within 15 days of purchase. A full refund will be given with a receipt or proof of purchase of unopened and unused product. No refund will be given if product is opened and/or used.
Student Deposit: Student deposits for class or course date are non-refundable if the class date they have chosen is NOT filled.
If class or course date is filled and the deposit was made, they have a choice of either another date or they will receive their deposit back in full.
Tuition: No refund once the student has started the class or course, unless there is a family emergency. The tuition will be prorated for the days they did attend. If the student has to cancel prior to starting the class, the tuition would be applied to another scheduled date, and they would have up to one (1) year to reschedule a class or course date.
Services: No refund on services rendered.
